Cash and Jewellery: Not covered (please move them before we start the job)
Minor Scratches: Not covered; wrap furniture properly to prevent minor damages
Fragile Items: Not covered; take extra care when packing and moving fragile items
TV Coverage: Not covered (use original box for packing)
Current Value Coverage: Insurance only covers the current value of the furniture, not its replacement cost or sentimental value
Electric Faults: Not covered; only physical damage is covered
Minor Wall and Floor Scratches: Not covered; our experienced movers will take extra precautions to prevent such damages

Review and Understand: Review and understand the insurance policy before Booking
Provide Proof of Value: Provide proof of furniture value (receipts, appraisals)
Document Furniture Condition: Document furniture condition before moving (photos)
Report Damages Promptly: Report damages/losses promptly to the insurance provider while the truck is still on your property
Inform Our Movers: Inform our movers of any damages before they leave
Responsibility: Once our movers have left, we won’t be responsible for any damages or losses
